Repeat Prescriptions - 01786 450597

greepillsPatients for whom repeat prescriptions have been agreed by their doctor can obtain a repeat prescription by one of the following methods.

  1. Telephoning the Prescription Line between 9.00 am – 1.00 pm Monday to Friday
  2. Calling into the surgery
  3. Sending your completed prescription re-order form with a stamped addressed envelope

Normally the prescription will be ready for collection from the surgery 48 hours after it has been requested. Alternatively you can arrange for your chemist to collect the prescription for you. Please remember to order repeat prescriptions in good time.

NOTICE: The online prescription ordering service has changed to a new improved system. This system also enables the user to book routine GP appointments and to see and order their current repeat prescriptions online. To register for this service please attend in person at the practice where you will be given an letter with instructions on how to register online.
